It's been a wonderful 10 years since we adopted our sweet Grimson (who was originally called Kevin). We found our baby at one of your adopt-a-thons in 1999 when he was a tiny 12 week old puppy. Who would have thought back then he would become a big 65 pounder.
Well, actually he has been bigger, but thanks to the wonders of Slentrol, Grimmy has lost a great deal of weight. He's pushing 10 1/2 now, but thanks to the addition of a newish puppy brother who is almost one, Grimmy has gotten a second puppy-hood of his own. He and Dexter constantly run and wrestle and chase each other around our house and 2 acres of land.
It's wonderful to watch Grimmy so happy and full of life. We really cannot imagine life without the greatest addition we ever made. Grimson is the sweetest and most well-behaved dog I've ever known. He loves his family and does great with our young nephews.
Thanks ever so much for finding his oh so pregnant mama and saving his and his siblings' lives. Rest assured, this is one spoiled dog who will stay that way for hopefully many more years.
