All Types of Volunteer Positions

From cleaning cat rooms, washing dogs and offering foster care to our special needs animals, all of our volunteers improve the quality of life for the animals sheltered with Second Chance Pet Adoptions each year.

What It Takes to Become a Volunteer

In addition to possessing an abundant love for all animals, volunteers attend orientation and training classes, and fully support all of the organization's policies and philosophies.

Get Started Today

All it takes to get started is an application, orientation, and some basic training classes. Second Chance invites everyone, 16 years or older, to join our volunteer team. (12 to 15 years old are permitted to volunteer if accompanied by a parent or guardian)
