Second Chance Pet Adoptions is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) animal rescue organization that has served homeless cats and dogs of Wake County, North Carolina since 1989. SCPA relies on individual and corporate donations and gifts. Second Chance does not receive any city, state, federal or municpal funds. All funds are received go towards helping the animals.
