THE ANIMALS ARE DRESSED & READY AND BIDDING IS OPEN!

Many of our silent auction items are now able to be viewed, marked as favorites, and bid on!

While we are still unveiling new items (check back often!), you can officially create your watch list and get to bidding!

Live auction items can only be won by those at the event, but the silent auction (and raffle) items (of which there are a couple hundred!) can be won by anyone bidding online from anywhere in the world–as long as you can pick your items up at Second Chance in the month following the event!

A Small Sampling of the Items…

Heart Paw Print Pendant (Item #305): From the ASPCA Tender Voices Jewelry Collection, this sterling silver pendant features paw print cutouts in the heart. Round diamonds accent the bail of the pendant. An 18-inch sterling silver chain is included.

Dinner and a Hurricanes Game (Item #703): Enjoy dinner at Backyard Bistro with a $50 gift card; then head over to the Hurricanes game with these two center-ice tickets to a Carolina Hurricanes regular-season home game of your choice and a general parking pass. Show up decked out with a scarf, toboggan, and a backpack. And top it all off with an autographed photo of Jeff Skinner!

#WashYourself (Item #520): #WASHYOURSELF with the Raleigh {Beer} Soapery’s artisan, small-batch beer soap of many delicious (non-beer) scents! R{B}S uses the finest North Carolina craft beers and natural ingredients to handcraft soap. This basket includes a black R{B}S drawstring backpack in which you can store the whipped body butter; black soap and salt scrub; lemon and sugar scrub; blanc clay mask; washing grains; lip balm; microfiber exfolisoft cloth; makeup cleansing bar; and eight bars of soap. After your nice hot shower, wrap up in the Luxurious Royal Comfort Bathrobe and enjoy the aroma!

The Cat’s House (Item #609): The 4″ x 6″ picture frame says it all: “It’s the cat’s house. I just pay the mortgage.” This Best Friends by Sheri cat bed is the perfect hideaway for your reserved furry friend. Features include a removable inner cushion for easy cleaning. This durable and lightweight foam-constructed bed is ideal for cats up to 20 pounds. The Pouch is filled with all kinds of interactive toys, including two Knitty Kitty balls, two Martha Stewart active-play catnip-filled mice, Zipnip, a catnip-infused wobbler, and a bee-shaped cat wand. Also included are 6 mini-paw magnets.

Sound Sport Bose Headphones (Item #534): With no wires in the way, Bose Sound Sport wireless headphones keep you moving with powerful audio and Stay Hear+ tips designed for comfort and stability. A soft silicone material and unique shape provide a secure fit that stays put and feels good. Connect to your device easily with Bluetooth and NFC pairing, and use the inline mic and remote to control volume, skip tracks, and take calls. With the Bose Connect app, controlling and switching between multiple devices is easy. These headphones are sweat- and weather-resistant and have a lithium-ion battery that delivers up to 6 hours per charge. With performance like this, the only challenge left is your workout.

Voluminous Vase (Item #528): Purchased in Nevada Center, California, this sizable astonishing glass piece is perhaps more art than utilitarian vase. Use it to hold flowers, or place it in your entryway or at the center of your dining room table to milk its intrigue as a conversation starter. This vase is simultaneously delicate, yet hefty–able to stand on its own or take advantage of its neutral earth tones to highlight the florals and foliage you showcase in it.
