The Carolina RailHawks are pleased to announce that they will be hosting their first Pups at the Pitch night, benefiting Second Chance Pet Adoptions, on Friday, September 4th at WakeMed Soccer Park during their NASL match against the Atlanta Silverbacks.
Camp Bow Wow and Pet Mania will be presenting sponsors for the evening, volunteers to pet sit your pup, and other pet friendly partners supporting the evening! Enjoy a half-time show featuring an athletic demonstration by trainer Brad Rogerson with his award winning dogs doing various Frisbee and agility tricks!
Concessions and drinks will be available to purchase too.
Tickets for the Pups at the Pitch event will be $15 and the cost will include a seat for the pet owner and a seat for their dog. Tickets will be available at $6 for any additional dogs. (20% of all proceeds go to the animals of Second Chance!)
Fans with dogs will need to enter through the North West Gate and go to the South West Concourse. All tickets for those participating in the promotion will be located in sections 109 and 110. There will be dog-relief areas set up behind the South Stand of the stadium.
The non-profit organization Second Chance Pet Adoptions will be on hand to assist with seating, directing fans to their respective sections, and to pet-sit dogs if their owner needs to leave their seat.
*All dogs will need to be current on their vaccinations and will be required to be on a fixed leash (no longer than 8ft.) at all times.
*Please ensure that your dog will be comfortable with a packed crowd and warm weather before bringing them to WakeMed Soccer Park. All owners will assume responsibility for their dog.
