If you’ve ever shared your life with a pet, you know: love changes everything. The love you share with a pet doesn’t just change your life. It can change the world for animals, which is why, the Petco Foundation and Second Chance Pet Adoptions are inviting the public to adopt this weekend at Petco.
Second Chance will have adoptable cats at the Petco located at 416 Crossroads Blvd. in Cary from 11am to 1pm (both Saturday and Sunday) for the Petco Foundation’s national adoption weekend. This weekend is part of the Petco Foundation’s national Love Changes Everything campaign which aims to raise more than $3 million to help pets in need all across the nation.
The Petco Foundation, in partnership with thousands of local animal welfare organizations nationwide, has helped unite more than five million pets with loving families through adoptions in Petco stores. Additionally, the Foundation has invested more than $175 million since 1999 in lifesaving animal welfare organizations in communities across the country.
