Pups and Pastries by Fit & Able Productions, Inc. returns for 2023 – with life-saving benefits for our animals! If you’d like to participate in a fun run, 5K, or 6.5-miler, with or without your dog, in-person, you can sign up to run, walk, roll, or stroll HERE now! All who sign up for the 5K or 6.5-miler by September 10 are guaranteed a shirt and medal for finishing and there are $4,000 in awards!
