All day 11/18/2020 ![]() On Wednesday, November 18, Papa Murphy’s will be donating 25% of all sales, all day, at any of their 8 Wake County locations to the animals here at Second Chance! Papa Murphy’s pizza is take-and-bake: stay safe from COVID-19 and enjoy hotter, fresher pizza that you pop in the oven or on the grill when you get home…or refrigerate until you call it quits on Friday night. Although really, why choose? Order enough pizza (online, if you’d like) to solve the mid-week dinner dilemma AND have something to look forward to over the weekend! You’ll be cooking up a storm next week for Thanksgiving, so why not take it easy for now? After all, your purchases help stray and abandoned cats and dogs get a second chance to find love–if you have fur babies who’ve stolen a-pizza your heart, you know how deserving animals like them are!

Second Chance has an online appointment-making system; while we do take walk-ins, and we do take on-site payment even for those who chose to register (but not pay) online, we especially encourage advance registration and prepayment to: –reduce or eliminate your wait time –have fewer people waiting at one time to reduce the spread of COVID-19 –pay for the wash without needing to exchange cash, credit cards, or checks with our volunteers (again, to reduce the spread of COVID-19) We hope this will make your experience better and safer. You may now make an appointment by clicking HERE! Each month, the online reservations will open up at 12:00 noon Eastern on the first day of the month. Online reservations will close 24 hours in advance of the wash (at 11:00 a.m. Eastern on the day before the wash) OR once all appointments are booked.
