Join Second Chance Pet Adoptions on Sunday, October 28 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm for our annual Barks ‘n Brews event! Enjoy great beer from Raleigh Brewing Company (especially the Rescue Rye, for which proceeds will be donated to our animals!) while you chow down on lunch, snacks, or dinner from the on-site food truck, Mr. Puebla Tacos–they’re donating 10% of sales to our animals!

Get in the Halloween spirit by entering your dog in the free Howl-o-Ween Costume Contest at 4:00 and bringing home one of three great prizes, each including treats from Good Grace’s Dog Treats and prizes from Rescue Me Candle Company!

Reward your pup for sitting pretty in the Puppy Prints Photography photo booth with a treat or new accessories from our on-site vendors, Good Grace’s Dog Treats and Spot and Biscuit! (Spot and Biscuit will be donating 20% of their sales at this event to our animals!) Then, reward yourself for helping our animals and start your holiday shopping: Rescue Me Candle Company will be there selling some of the most incredible pet-themed soy candles! They’ll be donating 20% of sales at the event to our animals.

And of course, don’t forget to play the raffle (need not be present to win, so no problem if you need to leave before the 4:45pm drawing)!
