- I will mail or deliver (Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm) the item to Second Chance (6003 Chapel Hill Rd., Ste. 133, Raleigh, NC 27607) by 5pm on September 20, 2023.
- I am requesting an item pick-up at the address provided above (a Second Chance representative will call or email to schedule).
- Second Chance to create the gift certificate and email to me for approval.
NOTE: Your donation may be more appropriate for another of our fundraising events, but rest assured it will be utilized to raise money for our animals.
