Altar’d State is on a mission…to help our animals each Monday! Through April 13, 10% of all sales each and every Monday will be donated to our animals! Shop clothing, accessories, and gifts and home goods at the Crabtree Valley Mall location, and they’ll generously support the cats and dogs in our program on your behalf–at no extra cost to you!
On Monday, March 9, and Monday, March 16, adoptable animals will be at the store from 11:00 to 1:00–hope to see you there! Dogs will be there on the 9th; cats will be there on the 16th.

NOTE: Second Chance Pet Adoptions is closed to the public effective March 17 to reduce the spread of COVID-19. While you can still apply to adopt a pet, meet them by appointment, and schedule your adoption to bring your new pet home, we will remain closed on Saturdays until such a time that the CDC declares it safe to re-open. In the meantime, please view our kitties online, submit aan adoption application to set up a meeting, and stay safe!
Come on out to Second Chance to meet your new furry family member! Our foster kittens (6 months and younger) will be on-site to meet their new forever families, as well as our cats 7 months and older!

Celebrate the arrival of spring with a Wine Walk benefitting Second Chance Pet Adoptions! Pick up your Wine Tasting Card at the Second Chance Pet Adoptions tent (location TBD–check back here for details) and visit with some adoptable dogs. Taste some fabulous wines and have your card stamped by an associate at each stop on the tour. Enjoy a leisurely stroll at your own pace through our shops and restaurants – it’s a great way to see all that Parkside Town Commons has to offer. Acquire at least eight stamps and return your card to be entered to win a $250 gift basket!
The fee to participate is $10, with 100% of proceeds going to Second Chance Pet Adoptions. Of course, you must be at least 21 years old to partake in the tastings, but all ages are welcome to shop and savor the many restaurants. The first 100 participants to buy tickets will receive a FREE special tote bag, so get here early or purchase your tickets online by clicking HERE.
Wine Walk lasts as long as supplies last. Event is subject to change without notice. Rain date is March 21, 2020.
