Hoppy Sunday Flow (Yoga and Drinks)

    11:00 am-11:45 am
    09/08/2019
    House of Hops
6909 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, North Carolina 27612

House of Hops and Element Hot Yoga instructors Kimmy Profitko and Katelin Ryan are coming together to bring you a way to get up and get moving for an AMAZING cause! Katelin and Kimmy will be instructing a yoga class on the House of Hops back patio. The class is suitable for folks of all fitness levels and is donation-based: any money given for a class fee will be going to the animals of Second Chance Pet Adoptions. So come enjoy the beautiful morning with Katelin and Kimmy, donate what you can, and afterward, have a drink (wine, beer, water, kombucha, etc.) at House of Hops and lunch from the food truck of the day! We are also attempting to arrange the presence of adoptable animals right after the class so you can hang out with the very animals your participation helped!
